The Philippine Genome Center Mindanao (PGC Mindanao) in UP Mindanao, in collaboration with the Department of Health (DOH) and the Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) is set to conduct genome sequencing to identify COVID-19 variants in Mindanao.
In preparation for the kick-off operations, we need an additional number of the following laboratory items for the safety of the laboratory staff and to make the sequencing operations of PGC Mindanao more sustainable. PGC Mindanao's biosurveillance program is under the Philippine Genome Center’s COVID-19 national biosurveillance efforts.
