The opening of bids will be on SEPTEMBER 4, 2009 at 2:00 PM, Gaisano Conference Room, University of the Philippines Mindanao, Mintal, Tugbok District, Davao City.
Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of One Thousand One Hundred Ten Pesos Only ( Php 1,110.00) to the University of the Philippines Mindanao Cashier from August 24-September 3, 2009.
The University of the Philippines Mindanao assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
