This is to inform you that the Covered Path Walk and Repair of Comfort Rooms is hereby awarded to you as the bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid at a contract price of One Million Three Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fourteen and 64/100 Pesos Only (P1,349,214.64).

 

You are required to formally enter into contract with us within ten (10) days from receipt of this Notice of Award and to submit the Performance Security in the form of Manager’s check issued to UP Mindanao or GSIS Surety Bond. Failure to enter into the said contract and to provide the Performance Security shall constitute a sufficient ground for cancellation of this award and forfeiture of your bid security.
