The University of the Philippines Mindanao invites all interested parties to bid for the sale, on an “as is, where is” basis, of UP Mindanao’s unserviceable property composed of the following:


one (1) lot:        scrap materials (approx. 1,000 kilos)
used tires (105 pieces)
set of tires (1 set)

The minimum acceptable bid price for the whole lot is FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (P40,000.00). Any bid below the stated minimum acceptable bid shall be rejected outright.

The items may be inspected by interested parties at the SPMO bodega, UP Mindanao, Mintal, Tugbok District, Davao City from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM upon prior notice to the Supply and Property Management Office, telephone # 293-0016 local 103.

Bid forms may be secured from the BAC Secretariat starting July 22, 2008 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of P50.00 not later than August 4, 2008.

Submission and opening of duly accomplished bid forms in sealed envelopes shall be at exactly 2:00 PM on August 5, 2008 at the Gaisano Conference Room, 2F Administration Building, UP Mindanao, Mintal, Tugbok District, Davao City.

UP Mindanao reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any required formality in the bids received or to accept any offer that it considers most advantageous to the Government.
