The Leadership Development Coaching Program participants on Day 2

Chancellor Lyre Anni Murao led the UP Mindanao administration in taking the training for the next component of its "Leadership Development Coaching Program" for unit heads, held at the CHSS Cultural Center on August 1-2, 2024. The intensive training sessions comprised the first two days of the program. The one-on-one coaching sessions are scheduled for August 5-6, 2024.

Leadership coaches Maria Lea Uy-Ungson and Jacqueline Fe Luy of Haraya Coaching facilitated the training sessions.

The program is designed to foster a culture of honor, excellence, and service within the UP Mindanao community and further enhance the capabilities of UP Mindanao leaders in implementing the University's strategic plans and high-impact activities.

"We know our mandate, values, and motto," said Chancellor Murao, "and we want to work together towards our shared goals. It's only with leadership that UP can move, and we'd like to build our kind of culture and trickle down the culture of leadership to the rest of the community."
