Supply and Property Management Office chief Ms. Socorro Brenda Acuna presents the guidelines to administrative personnel

Supply and Property Management Chief Socorro Brenda Acuna delivered the Orientation on UP Mindanao's Property Management Guidelines for administrative personnel on September 17, 2023, in the Gaisano Room, UP Mindanao. Chief Acuna acknowledged UP Manila's support and approval for UP Mindanao's adoption of UP Manila's Guidelines for Property Management Manual. She opened with the premise of a public officer's accountability for the safekeeping of government property. She detailed the classification of properties based on monetary value and the corresponding handling and dispensation procedures. She introduced the forms for use in each procedure and the consequences in the case of loss or failure of safekeeping and proper dispensation.
