Telecommunication Liaison Lookup

Telecommunication liaisons are vital links in the CU-Boulder communications system. One liaison is appointed by each department and is empowered to interact with OIT on behalf of that department for voice and network service. As the name liaison suggests, the liaison's main function is to establish and maintain a working relationship with the voice and voice service delivery staff.

Computer Support Representatives (CSR): Representatives from each department on campus who act as local points of contact for computing and networking support in their departments. These representatives provide an integral link between OIT and each department on campus.
