GP4 Extension of the Deadline of Nominations
The UP Padayon Public Service Office will be accepting Nominations for the Fourth Gawad Pangulo: Award for Excellence in Public Service until 29 October 2021.
 
Colleges, departments, institutes, and other units in UP are enjoined to submit their nominations by accomplishing the nomination form with the appropriate documentary attachments. Public service initiatives that have been implemented from March 1, 2020 until July 31, 2021, with substantive outputs based on the stated objectives and outcomes, may be nominated. The nomination package, consisting of the award guidelines, selection criteria, and nomination form, may be downloaded at bit.ly/4thGawadPanguloPublicService.
 
Nominations must be certified by the CU Member of the System Committee on Public Service Monitoring and Reporting (https://publicservice.up.edu.ph/about-us/system-committee-psmr/), endorsed by the Chancellor, and sent in PDF format to  with the subject: Gawad Pangulo: Award for Excellence in Public Service Nomination_<name of constituent university>.

The Center for Applied Modeling, Data Analytics, and Bioinformatics for Decision Support Systems in Health (AMDABiDSS-Health) and Center for the Advancement of Research in Mindanao  (CARIM) of the University of the Philippines Mindanao are pleased to announce the NEW SCHEDULE of its 1st International Symposium on Interdisciplinary Approaches on Health (ISIAH 2021) this coming 8-10 December 2021 via Zoom.
 
We invite abstract submissions on papers from all areas of:
✅Disease Surveillance & Diagnostics
✅Mathematical Modeling and Quantitative Methods in Health
✅Health Sciences
✅Health Research Among High Schools
 
Abstract may contain at most 250 words and must clearly discuss what the work is about, methodology used, major results, and their significance. Authors of outstanding papers presented at the conference and selected by a pool of experts will be invited to submit full papers for inclusion in a Special Edition of Banwa: The Multidisciplinary Journal of the University of the Philippines Mindanao.
