Under the Office of Student Affairs, the Guidance and Counseling Program is offered by the Counseling and Testing Office based on the philosophy that each individual is unique, important and capable of personal growth and development. The student is assisted in cultivating and developing his potentials that will redound to personal growth and development and contribute to the welfare of the country.
Counseling is the heart and core of the Guidance Program. Other services include orientation activities to disseminate information on the relevance of the guidance program: administration, scoring and interpretation of tests on mental ability, aptitude, interests and personality, career development program, student inventory, peer counseling, study skills, self-search, pre-employment, and cross-cultural counseling.
