Written by Rene Estremera. Posted in Announcements

THE 15th DEVELOPMENT POLICY MONTH will be celebrated in September 2017. The theme, "Pagpapatibay ng Desentralisasyon Tungo sa Kaunlarang Panrehiyon" / "Strengthening Decentralization for Regional Development". This theme is chosen in view of the ongoing discourse on Federalism, and to highlight the need for in-depth reflection and analyses to encompass the bigger umbrella of decentralization reforms. The month-long celebration hopes to emphasize to our policymakers the importance of critical thinking and the formulation of appropriate policy interventions to advance development in the regions.
